Return and Refund Policy

1. Made to Order
Every item sold by ADE IMPOSSIBLE LLC is produced on demand. Nothing is pre-printed or held in inventory. Your shirt is manufactured specifically for you after you order it.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. All merchandise sales are final.
We know that's a firm policy, so we've made the exceptions below equally firm: if there is anything wrong with the product itself, we fix it at no cost to you.
2. What We Replace or Refund — Free
Contact us and we will replace or refund your order, at your choice, if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The print is defective, misaligned, faded, cracked, or otherwise misprinted
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color from what you ordered
- The package is lost in transit
- The package is marked delivered but never arrived (after a reasonable check with your carrier and neighbors)
You do not need to ship the item back. In most cases, photos are all we need.
3. How to Make a Claim
Email ade@adeimpossible.com within 30 days of the delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and, if the box was damaged, the packaging
We respond to claims within 2 business days. Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible.
4. Sizing
Our shirts run small. Order a size up.
Please review the size guide on the product page before purchasing. Because items are made to order, we cannot exchange for a different size if the item is not defective. Sizing is the one thing we ask you to get right on your end.
5. Color and Print Variation
Minor variation in color between what you see on screen and the finished product is normal and is not considered a defect. Screens are calibrated differently, and fabric absorbs ink differently than a monitor emits light.
Significant misprinting, cracking, or misalignment is a defect and is covered under Section 2.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before production begins. This is typically a narrow window, often under 24 hours.
If you need to cancel, email us immediately at ade@adeimpossible.com with your order number. Once the item has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a package is returned to us because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it at your cost. If you would prefer a refund instead, we will refund the item price, less shipping.
8. Bundled Digital Content
Where merchandise is sold together with digital content such as a course or guide:
- The physical item is covered by this policy in full.
- The digital component is delivered immediately and is non-refundable once accessed.
- If we replace a defective physical item, you keep your digital access. You do not lose it and you are not charged again.
9. Events and Tickets
Event ticket sales are final and are not covered by this policy. Refunds are issued only if an event is canceled by the organizer. See our Terms of Use for full event terms.
