Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These include but are not limited to:

Digital Courses or Programs
These offerings are service-based and/or digitally delivered and do not involve physical shipping. No tangible products are mailed or shipped to customers.
Fulfillment & Delivery

Digital Products (courses, guides, or programs) are delivered immediately after purchase through secure online access or email instructions.

Coaching Services (1-on-1 or Spotlight Coaching) are fulfilled through scheduled virtual sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) or in-person appointments if available.

Matchmaking & Fan Connect Services involve introductions coordinated via email, phone, or virtual meeting. These services are considered fulfilled once introductions or scheduled sessions have been initiated.

Confirmation and scheduling instructions are sent via email within 24–48 hours of purchase.
Service Limitations
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Our goal is to provide exceptional service and value. However, due to the personalized and time-based nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund policy:
Digital Products & Coaching Services
Non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
Matchmaking & Fan Connect Services
Non-refundable once introductions are made or attempted.
If all attempts are exhausted without a successful connection, a credit may be issued for another AdeImpossible service of comparable value.
Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule coaching or matchmaking sessions. Missed appointments or late cancellations are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING POLICY
All of our offerings are digitally or service-based and do not involve physical shipping.

Courses and programs are delivered digitally via secure online access.

Coaching and matchmaking sessions are fulfilled through scheduled calls or in-person appointments.

Customers receive confirmation and scheduling details via email after purchase.
No shipping fees apply.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for any third-party websites’ content, accuracy, or use.
Your use of optional third-party tools or links is entirely at your own risk.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
