Shipping Policy

1. How Our Products Are Made
Merchandise sold by ADE IMPOSSIBLE LLC is produced on demand. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each item is printed and finished after your order is placed, then shipped directly from our fulfillment partner's facility.
This means there are two stages to every order: production, then transit.
2. Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days of purchase.
Production time does not include weekends or holidays. Larger orders and periods of high volume may take longer.
3. Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Delivery timelines are affected by carrier capacity, weather, customs, and factors outside our control.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–12 business days within the United States.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once the order ships.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at ade@adeimpossible.com.
6. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States and to most international destinations. Some regions may be unavailable due to fulfillment partner restrictions. If we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country. Contact your local customs office for details.
8. Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, you may be charged for reshipment. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we can sometimes correct the address before production begins, but not after the item has shipped.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors and your local carrier, as packages are occasionally misdelivered or held.
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows the package was lost in transit, contact us at ade@adeimpossible.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will replace or refund the order at no cost to you.
10. Returns
Because every item is made to order, all merchandise sales are final. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are replaced or refunded at no cost. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
