1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Ade Impossible app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Subscriptions
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription called “Ade Impossible Diamond” at $14.99/month.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
There are no refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Events and Tickets
The App allows users to browse and purchase tickets for live events.
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges unless an event is canceled by the organizer.
- Event details, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
- Diamond subscribers may receive early access to registration and ticket discounts on select events.
6. Coins
Coins are a virtual currency earned through in-app activities such as attending events.
- Coins can be applied toward ticket purchases at a rate of 1 coin = $0.01.
- Coins have no cash value.
- Coins are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to modify the coin program at any time.
7. User Content and Conduct
By submitting photos, profile information, or other content, you grant Ade Impossible a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for app functionality and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not impersonate others
- Not submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Respect other users and event staff
8. Blocking and Reporting
Users may block other users at any time. Blocked users will not be able to view your profile or contact you.
We encourage users to report abusive or inappropriate behavior.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials in the App are owned by Ade Impossible and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without written permission.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
If your account is terminated, any unused coins or subscription benefits will be forfeited.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of user-provided content
- The availability of events
- Uninterrupted access to the App
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ade Impossible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
