Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ade Impossible mobile application (the “App”), the website located at adeimpossible.com (the “Site”), and any products, merchandise, events, or services offered through either (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by ADE IMPOSSIBLE LLC, a California limited liability company.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase through the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Merchandise and Physical Products

Merchandise sold through the Site is produced on demand by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Items are manufactured and printed after your order is placed.

  • Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
  • Pricing and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.
  • Sizing and color. Sizing charts are provided as a guide. Colors may vary slightly between screen display and the finished product due to monitor calibration and printing variance. Such variation is not a defect.
  • Shipping. Fulfillment and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Returns. Because items are made to order, all merchandise sales are final. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process and time limits.

5. Bundled Digital Content

Certain merchandise may be sold together with digital content, such as guides, courses, or downloadable materials. Where a bundle is offered:

  • Access to the digital component is delivered electronically after purchase is confirmed.
  • Digital content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access.
  • Because digital content is delivered immediately, the digital portion of a bundle is non-refundable once accessed.
  • Defect replacement of the physical item does not require return or forfeiture of the digital component.

6. Subscriptions

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription called “Ade Impossible Diamond” at $14.99/month.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

There are no refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Events and Tickets

The Services allow users to browse and purchase tickets for live events.

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges unless an event is canceled by the organizer.
  • Event details, pricing, venue, and availability are subject to change.
  • Diamond subscribers may receive early access to registration and ticket discounts on select events.
  • Attendance at live events may be photographed or recorded. See Section 9 regarding likeness.

8. Coins

Coins are a virtual currency earned through in-app activities such as attending events.

  • Coins can be applied toward ticket purchases at a rate of 1 coin = $0.01.
  • Coins have no cash value.
  • Coins are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to modify the coin program at any time.

9. User Content, Conduct, and Likeness

By submitting photos, profile information, or other content, you grant Ade Impossible a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for Service functionality and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

By attending an Ade Impossible event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grant Ade Impossible the right to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in content distributed across any medium, without further compensation.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not impersonate others
  • Not submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Respect other users and event staff

10. Blocking and Reporting

Users may block other users at any time. Blocked users will not be able to view your profile or contact you.

We encourage users to report abusive or inappropriate behavior.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at adeimpossible.com/policies/privacy-policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and materials in the Services — including the IMPOSSIBLE mark and associated artwork — are owned by ADE IMPOSSIBLE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission. Purchase of merchandise grants you ownership of the physical item only, not of the designs printed on it.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

If your account is terminated, any unused coins or subscription benefits will be forfeited.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of user-provided content
  • The availability of events or products
  • Uninterrupted access to the Services
  • Any particular outcome from use of coaching, courses, or other content

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADE IMPOSSIBLE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or Site.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
