Return & Refund Policy

At AdeImpossible (Connect Perfectly LLC), we provide exclusive digital products, matchmaking services, and coaching sessions designed to deliver personalized value.
Because our offerings are customized and service-based, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.

Digital Products

All digital products (including courses, guides, or downloadable content) are delivered electronically upon purchase.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

  • If you experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked or initiated.

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing us at ade@adeimpossible.com.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited and will not be refunded.

  • Fulfillment of coaching is considered complete once the scheduled time has been delivered or reserved for you.

Spotlight Matchmaking & Fan Connect

These services require immediate time, resources, and personalized coordination; therefore, they are non-refundable once initiated.

  • A service is considered “initiated” once introductions are made or matchmaking activity begins.

  • If an introduction cannot be fulfilled due to lack of availability or scheduling conflicts, we may issue a credit toward another eligible service of similar value.

  • Credits must be used within 90 days of issuance.

Exceptions

If a specific service or product includes an alternate refund condition, it will be clearly stated in that product’s description or checkout page.
In rare circumstances where a service cannot be provided due to technical or operational error on our part, a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
